In Lacey, Washington we are now developing the site for the new 175 acre Import Distribution Center for the Target Corporation. The work involves the excavation and placing of 690,000 cubic yards of earth, the preperation of the building footings for a 1.5 million square foot distribution warehouse, plus the installation of the site drainage, water, fire, sanitary and storm systems.
