In the summer of 1999, the Highline Mobile Home Park in Federal Way, Washington came to us with a problem: failing asphalt due to poor drainage. After a meeting on site, we recommended Petromat with an asphalt prelevel, followed with a 1" asphalt overlay. Then we finished the work ahead of time, on budget. It was a special problem. We provided a special solution.
